A M.A. student who wishes to transfer to the Ph.D. program will follow the normal application procedure; completing an application, paying the application fee, and submitting updated University of Kansas transcripts. In evaluating such applications, the admissions committee will consider the course work, faculty evaluations, and level of performance on the M.A. comprehensive examination (if it has been taken) and GRE scores.
