Dr. Sabarwal named as Trustee and Board Member for Self Fellowship Programs

Professor Tarun Sabarwal has been named as the newest trustee of the prestigious Self Fellowship programs at the University of Kansas. The Self Graduate Fellowship and Self Memorial Scholarship programs provide generous and extensive support to KU graduate students to align with the mission of the late Madison “Al” and Lila Self to “identify, recruit, and provide development opportunities for exceptional students who demonstrate the promise to make significant contributions to their fields of study and society as a whole.”

Trustees develop and approve actions designed to implement the donor-driven guidelines of the program. The eight trustees are appointed by the KU chancellor in accordance with program guidelines. More information at KU News.
