Mentorship Agreement Template

The Department of Economics has developed a Mentorship Agreement Template that can be used by graduate students and faculty advisors as they begin their mentorship relationships. The purpose of this template would be to assist students and advisors in documenting mutually agreed upon goals and parameters that will serve as the foundation for their mentoring relationships and would be a completely optional resource.
