Dr. Tsvetan Tsvetanov Receives De-Min and Chin-Sha Wu Award

Congratulations to Dr. Tsvetan Tsvetanov, recipient of the De-Min and Chin-Sha Wu Award! Dr. Tsvetanov is recognized for his excellent research productivity & impact, service to the department, & excellence in teaching as an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics.

The De-Min and Chin-Sha Wu Award in Economics was endowed by Lawrence Wu and Clara Wu Tsai to honor their parents, Dr. De-Min and Chin Sha Wu, as well as to honor Dr. Wu’s many contributions to the Department of Economics from 1964 to 1999.  The endowed account provides a rotating award to honor excellence among associate professors in the Department.  The award was most recently held by Dr. David Slusky, until his promotion to Full Professor effective August 18, 2022.  Prior to Dr. Slusky, this award was held by Dr. Tarun Sabarwal, and before him, Dr. Ted Juhl.
