Professor Barnett Featured as Distinguished Speaker at Paris Conference.
The conference was the 7th International Workshop on Financial Markets and Nonlinear Dynamics, located in the Building of Chambre De Commerce Et D'industrie De Paris, Paris, France, June 1-2, 2023. Professor William A. Barnett was one of two featured as Distinguished Speakers at the conference.
Professor Barnett’s lecture was on Shilnikov Chaos and the 30-years downward drift in interest rates. He also participated in the panel discussion, "Meeting with the Editors." The other economist who spoke as a Distinguished Speaker at the conference was Timo Terasvirta, Professor Emeritus, Aarhus University, Denmark.
