ALUMNI NEEDED FOR PANEL DISCUSSION

April 2023 Alumni Panel

Alumni,

We extend a heartfelt invitation to our cherished alumni community, and we're eagerly seeking individuals who share our passion for supporting the next generation of graduates. Whether you reside in close proximity to our Lawrence campus or are open to traveling, we cordially invite you to join us for an exciting opportunity – our Alumni Panel!

This is your chance to make a profound impact on the lives of current students at the University of Kansas. By participating in our alumni panel, you will provide invaluable insights into life after graduation with a KU economics degree. Your experiences, wisdom, and firsthand knowledge will serve as a guiding light for students who are about to embark on their own journeys into the "real world.”

In the past, our panels have proven to be incredibly informative and inspiring for both our alumni and students. To ensure a seamless and engaging discussion, we will provide you with a set of basic questions in advance. These questions will help you prepare, ensuring you can share your experiences and advice effectively. We also allocate ample time at the end of the panel for students to ask questions directly, fostering a dynamic and interactive conversation.

Your participation in this panel will not only benefit our students but will also serve as a wonderful opportunity for you to reconnect with your alma mater, share your success stories, and network with fellow alumni who are equally passionate about giving back to the KU community.

If you are enthusiastic about this unique chance to inspire and guide the next generation of KU economics graduates, please do not hesitate to reach out to our dedicated coordinator, Savannah Bowden, at sbowden@ku.edu. Savannah will be delighted to provide you with more details, answer any questions you may have, and assist you in becoming a part of this transformative experience.

Your commitment to our university has been instrumental in shaping its legacy, and your involvement in our Alumni Panel will continue to make a lasting impact. We look forward to welcoming you back to campus and witnessing the positive influence your journey can have on our aspiring economists.
